Simply Gems assumes no liability for property damage or personal injury or any damages resulting from the use of any product sold, or services.

Customers should be advised that crystals and stones are not recommended for small children and they should only be used by children under adult supervision. Crystals and stones can have sharp edges. Small crystals and stones should never be left near toddlers and babies; small stones, especially tumbled stones, have an appearance similar to candy.

All disputes will be subject to Paramatta Jurisdiction

*Although every care is taken using Security measures, Simply Gems is not liable for online leak of data, information of customers including but not limited to Contact information, payment information details, and all related data available through this website.

For Wholesale Account Applications We need :

- Business / Company Name & ABN (that is used for reselling Gems/Crystals) 

- Shop Address OR

- Digital link to your online page / store where Products are sold

- Copy of Invoice from other Gems/Crystal suppliers

- Additional or further details may be required to verify further.

Simply Gems may refuse to supply goods or deny/reject Wholesale Account Application if :

- applicant/existing Customer is involved in Wholesaling similar range of goods/Products/services,

- reliability of that business, the cost of delivery, or the presentation of goods and services,

- aggresive or abusive behavavior in dealing

- If Applicant is unable to provide all details required. 

Minimum Order Value Requirment:

(subject to Approval of Accounts, Inc GST, Excluding Shipping cost, all prices displayed on our website are wholesale prices Excluding GST)

 

At Showroom:

Purchase made at our showroom subject to Minimum Order requirment of AUD $250 (Neg) (*Conditions apply, contact us for more details)

 

Online:

Minimum Order Requirment AUD $200 (Negotiable)

 

Shipping & Delivery

Orders usually ships within 2 to 5 business days after payment has been processed & cleared (including Express Shipping).

If you need your goods urgently please contact us by Phone or email, we will try our best for shipping ASAP.
Estimated Delivery within Australia : From 3 to 12 working days.

Minimum Handling charges applies to all orders that are to be shipped.

Minimum Shipping and handling charges my apply to all order.

10% GST applies on calculated Shipping rates shown during checkout.

Tracking Ids for Shipments may not be available for Order.

If Shipment is booked by Signature On Delivery & If Courier Companies / AusPost do not deliver with Signature, or if parcel is lost, Simply Gems is not liable for an loss or damage of Shipment / Goods.  

Once the order is shipped, Simply Gems is not liable to keep track of shipment, solving delivery issues, or any services involved to complete delivery, unless advised by Courier companies or AUSPOST. 

Simply Gems is not liable for any claims made for any damages / loss occurred to person or / and Properties of any person by Shipments. 

Simply Gems is not liable for any delays, damages or lost parcels/goods caused by the courier, Aus Post or any shipping company.

 

Products, Returns & Replacements

All sizes and measurements of the products are approximate, but we have tried to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

No two polished items can also be the same as they are handmade. Many stones have naturally occurring inclusions, fractures and cracks that do not affect their individual quality.

Simply Gems appreciates your business and wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We do not refund or accept returns for change of mind, We only refund or accept returns if any product is faulty, For any short shipments or breakages or errors please notify us within 7 days of receipt of shipment. 

All returns will attract 20%+Gst(value of produc according to Invoice) restocking Fee. 

Please call us or email us before returning any items.

Important Note: Customer's shipping costs will not be refunded for any reason.

Customer will be resposible for the cost of shipping to return item(s)

Pricing & Promotions

All prices shown are in AUD $ and Exclude GST and exclude delivery charges, GST and Delivery Charges will be applicable at Checkout.

Prices and Promotions are subject to change at any time without any notice to Customer(s)

Payments

Choose Paypal as your payment option at checkout. You will receive an invoice by email.

It may take 3 business days or more to show up payments into our bank A/C

Orders will only be shipped once the amount payable is received in full.

Simply Gems is not liable for any kind of fraud or theft of Financial details of any Customers caused by Card Payments Processed on our website.

All payment electronic transctions are carried out by eway, paypal, or other Banking and Financial organisations

Promotions

Discounts and Promotion offers are subject to change without any notice. Discounts may not apply to already discounted products. Discounts doesnot apply to shiping cost.

Newsletter Subscriptions : Customer may receive Newsletters form us regularly. Due to technical errors, you may receive Newsletters if you are not registered on our website, Showrroom or have unsubscribed. 

Please contact us immediately so that we can fix it. Customers may receive email reminder for Shopping Cart Checkouts, and are not added to our regular Newsletter subscription list.
